Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TubeVisualizer collects and why. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Content you create — channel briefs, prompts, uploaded audio and images, and generated outputs, stored so you can access them.
• Billing data — handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) as merchant of record. We receive your plan, subscription status, and billing period, not your full card details.
• Usage data — generation and render counts for metering, plus privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Plausible) if enabled.

How we use it

• to provide the Service and store your work;
• to meter plan usage and process billing;
• to send transactional email (account, receipts, render notifications);
• to diagnose errors and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data or use your private content to train models.

Subprocessors

We share data with infrastructure and AI providers only as needed to run the Service — including Supabase (database, auth, storage), our hosting provider, our render worker host, Lemon Squeezy (billing), OpenRouter and music/image model providers (generation), and Google (transactional email via Gmail SMTP).

Retention

Your content is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your content and personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@tubevisualizer.com and we will respond within 30 days.
