Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TubeVisualizer (the “Service”), available at https://www.tubevisualizer.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

TubeVisualizer provides tools to generate music, artwork, video renders, and metadata for YouTube videos. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and credits

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Plans include monthly allotments of AI generations and render minutes that reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. Your content and output

You retain ownership of the briefs and media you upload. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you own the outputs you generate with the Service and may use them commercially, including on monetized YouTube channels. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and your use of outputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate platform policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive;
• produce spam or content that violates YouTube’s Terms of Service;
• reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its underlying providers;
• circumvent plan limits or usage metering.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and outages or provider changes may affect the Service.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeVisualizer’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the billing settings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
